Read the whole link, it’s really good and really important, but I wanted to point out the quote because it unravels the specious argument that binary-identified transpeople perpetuate the binary. The binary perpetuates itself and people who live in the binary are neither necessarily victims of it nor necessarily perpetrators of its reenforcement.
